Easy Beef Stroganoff
My sister-in-law shared her Beef Stroganoff recipe with me. She told me she browned the stew first. After only 3 hours in the slow cooker, it was very tender and ready to eat.
This can easily be a one dish meal. Dinner is served!

Easy Beef Stroganoff
1 to 2 lbs stew beef, cut in small chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream (or more)
Sliced mushrooms (optional)


Season beef (may brown it or not) and put in slow cooker along with soup. Cook on low until tender.

For the final 30 minutes, mix in sour cream and mushrooms. Serve over noodles or rice.
