Grilled Filet Mignon |

My son and daughter-in-law grilled Filet Mignon last week. Very juicy and tender. Try their technique below.

Season with salt and a little garlic powder. Refrigerate for about an hour while you get the grill ready and prepare some side dishes.

Sear all sides over direct heat.
|
|
Place the filet at the edge of coals. Grill over indirect heat. We grilled this 2" filet for 30 minutes.
